Xaidsart partner Paul Le Vay has been appointed to the Ontario Securities Commission’s newly established Securities Proceedings Advisory Committee. Paul will serve as one of nine members from the private bar, providing comments and advice on policy and procedural initiatives relating to the OSC’s tribunal proceedings.
