]]> Our partner Gerald Chan will be speaking at the Advocates’ Society’s Appellate Advocacy program on October 25, 2018.  He will be a presenter on the panel discussing “Oral vs. Written Argument”.

Gerald will also be teaching the 22nd Annual Course on Written Advocacy on October 26-27, 2018.  The course is put on annually by the Advocates’ Society and the Osgoode Professional Development program, and the faculty is comprised of leading practitioners and judges from the Court of Appeal for Ontario and Superior Court of Justice.  This year, Justice Feldman will be delivering the keynote speech.
